The first aspect being a dramatic vista of the large hanging garden and the
River Plate with far off views of Uruguay across its wide expanse.
The second aspect is of Plaza San Martin probably one of the most important
elegant tree and grass bound squares in Buenos Aires.
The third aspect is again of the River Plate with the far distant views of
Uruguay, but this time artistically and beautifully framed between two
futuristic state of the art buildings.
The marbled lounge is separated into 5 distinct sections.
- Living room section houses an exotic tropical marine fish tank and free
form custom designed sofa around three sides, crowned by two free form
movable glass topped coffee tables. All the windows overlook Plaza San
Martin.
- Mini movie theatre area housing comfortable "casting couch" style
seating and two futuristic bottomless easy chairs and all grouped around an
80 inch electrically operated screen movie projector with full surround
sound. All sound and picture equipment is of the highest quality.
- Raised glass dance floor. The dance floor is in the form of a "V" shape
and made of thick obscure toughened plate glass which hides the state of the
art RGB under lit lighting system. The under lit lighting system is
connected to the computerised sound and lighting system.
- Bar area custom built state of the art RGB lit bar area with its six
comfortable bar stools.
- Hanging garden and fountain section which is approached from one of two
reproduction art deco style doors which are banked right across one of the
living room walls thereby giving an impression of the gardens forming part
of the living room space.
- This whole ambience results in probably one of the most important and
elegant living rooms in South America. The lounge is fitted with the most up
to date discotheque equipment including smoke machine, projected laser beam
and discotheque lights.
